No. If you already own land, we'll evaluate it with you. If you're still searching, we can help you think through what makes a lot a good fit for the home you want to build.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

Design and permitting typically take a few months, and construction usually runs about 12 to 18 months depending on size, complexity, and material lead times. We give you a timeline up front and keep you updated every week.
